The Edmonton Eclipse give back to the Lacrosse community!
The Eclipse have started a program this year which will see each of the players volunteering some time with minor lacrosse teams in the Edmonton area. Please read the feedback sent to us from some of the coaches we have worked with.
Thanks for sending the guys yesterday. They ran a nice practice and showed and explained very well the hows and whys of shooting, picks, passing, etc. I would definitely recommend this to my fellow coaches as the boys were engaged and focused during the entire hour. You should be proud of the young men you have playing for the Eclipse - I may be in touch again to set up another time.
And as an aside, we came within seconds of beating the first place team last night (lost 5-4) and many parents made comments that you could see the boys working the picks they were shown on Monday!!
